what does this mean?..

I just joined a site called "mamacita-emails"

this AM theres an email stating they were closing the site on 9-11


its happened before Im just glad I dont have alot in my account

but now when I click on the emails (just out of curiosity) theres a
strange message that says

warning main header and it goes on in alot of sort of stange wording that doesn't make much sense

Im done with the site now but just wondering what this means
