I was looking around on the main page and read this on the ADR tips page...

Reservations are available 180 days out and 180 days + 10 for guests staying at a Disney Resort.. (This extra 10 days allows Disney Resort guests to book all of their ADRs on the same phone call as opposed to calling back each day as the 180 day mark passes) Be aware of the 180 mark and make your ADRs.

We are staying at ASMovies. Does this mean I can start making my reservations at 190 days out instead of waiting until the 180 day mark?

Yes, this applies to you in your case.

Prioritize CRT, LeCellier and any dinner shows first then go from there.

...you can't make your reservations 190 days out.

What you can do that is kind of a bonus over non-wdw hotel people is make all of your reservations for you entire trip (or the first 10 days if you are on a longer trip) at 180 days out from your check-in day.

Let's say you are staying at ASMovies for seven days starting on June 1, 2008. You can call 180 days prior to June 1 and make ADRs for all seven days. If you weren't staying at a WDW hotel you would only be able to do the ones for June 1 at the 180 day mark, and then you'd have to call back on each day for June 2, 3, 4....

The benefit is, you get to do all ten. So yes, technically you can do ADRs 190 days before your tenth day of vacation... but not 190 days before your first day. It's 180 + 10 (for those next ten days).

HTH.

Thanks for the clarification.
