I wanted to get an Illuminations Cruise for my DH on the last night we are at Disney but the only one I can tagf along with is a MK Fireworks Cruise.

I know nothing about it.

Where does it leave from?
How long does it last?
Where is the boat located when the fireworks are on? DO you see the Castle?

Thanks for any info.

Depends on your booking, could leave from Wilderness Lodge, Contemporary Resort, Grand Floridian, The Poly or Fort Wilderness, although Wilderness Lodge sends most of the boats out.

You can expect to be on the water about 1-hour. departure time is usually 1/2 hour before the fireworks are schedule to begin.

The boats park in front of the Magic Kingdom just to the left of where the large ferry boats pass.

YES, you can see the castle looming above the Main Street Train Station.

I have been answering a lot of Wishes Fireworks Cruise questions, so poke around for more info.

We did this exact thing last Dec. I added a birthday cake for my wife. We left from the Poly and parked right in the middle of the lagoon. IT WAS AWESOME. Talk about a magical scene. It's something that none of us will ever forget.
