What does the new "rope-drop" look like?

Hi All,

We were there for re-opening day, and guests were let into the park earlier than 9am and rides were accessible. Is this still happening?

Just curious if there is a current standard operating procedure for when the gates open, and when rides are accessible. We will be going back next week and want to maximize our time!

We had grown accustomed to lining up at the ropes at the end of Main Street and having them drop right at 8am, but now I'm not sure how it works, especially after April 30th.

Thanks!!

I dont believe they are doing any kind of rope drop since the parks reopened a couple weeks ago. So far the reports have been that when they open the gates and let guests in, the whole park is open. Not all rides have opened at that time but several seem to be open when they let people in. There doesnt seem to be a set time to opening the gates that I am aware of. Seems to depend on the crowd in the morning I guess.
