What does PS mean?

PS stands for Preferred Seating at the restaurants.

The Priority Seating program is Disney's alternative to (character) breakfast/lunch/dinner reservations. A PS gives you a time to arrive at the restaurant for your meal. Your name is put on the list of PS holders and you are seated at the next available table that can accommodate your party (after other PS holders with the same or earlier time slots who arrived and checked in before you, of course).
