What does Palo's brunch have that the other Wonder/Magic restaurants don't serve at lunchtime?

Managed to dig this out, i believe brunch is availabe on sunday, monday and thursday on 7 day western.

BRUNCH: Palo also features a Brunch on the seven-night cruise. It requires reservations and a $10 surcharge. It includes a very nice glass of Champagne. You begin with a tour of the offerings to hear about the entree choices from the chef. You then give your order to your server, and are directed to a little buffet with wonderful Italian cold meats, cheeses, shrimp, and crab legs, as well as a pastry table with the best croissants you will find on the ship. If you still have room to eat your entree, by all means. Then there is a dessert table where you can help yourself. Plan to stay a while. There's a LOT of food, and if you want to get a taste of it all, pace yourself!
