I am not familiar with this. What is a Pal Mickey and what does it do?

Pal Mickey is an Interactive plush toy. He responds to radio signals in the 4 theme parks.

When he gets a signal he vibrates and laughs, this alerts you to push his tummy to hear what he has to say.

He will tell you information about where you are standing, attractions you are passing, and remind you about upcoming parades for the park you are in.

Here's a picture of Mickey with my 10 year old son holding him:

He has a clip on his back so you can clip him to your belt or pack. There are mixed reports about the clip, but I didn't have any problems with it.

Have Fun!

How much does a Pal Mickey cost? Where can I buy one? I think my kids would get a kick out of it.

There for sale in the parks and at all the resorts. They cost $50 and they are available to rent for $8 a day.
I hear you can buy them on E-Bay.

When not at the parks, Mickey tells corney jokes, and plays simon says type games.
