What does it take to be a DIS veteran?

Jsut curious as to the designations of Welcomed guest, dis veteran and those who have been tagged by the tag fairy? Anybody want to enlighten me?

I understand it's 75 posts to receive DIS Veteran status. And as you can see, I haven't figured out how to call the tag fairy!

I would like to be enlightened too!!

as i understand it, the tags are quite the coveted item.... the tag faries are quite imaginative as well, when the tags are given out!

You're kidding, right? If you're referring to the words under your nickname in the Author column, they are in your user profile. You can just go there to change them yourself. When you're there, you can also select an avatar to represent you.

but only the tag fairy can put your tag in color... you can change Dis Veteran or Welcomed guest yourself to anything you want, but it won't be in color...

I'm still wishing and hoping for a visit from the tag fairy too.

I would like to get "tagged" too ... but I don't know how to attract the tag fairy ... I guess I've lost it in my old age ... or perhaps I lurk too much ... oh well ... maybe one of these days!

The tag fairies add things to your tag in color. I found out last week about the tag fairy and how he or she works.

Mindy...Hmmm...How do you attract the tag fairy? Be MAGNETIC!!!
