I am an inventory planner for frame 3 & 5 gas/steam turbines working for GE. I am also a Certified Purchasing Mgr (C.P.M.) - I wish I got paid as good as one .

DH works in the accting dept paying royalties and stuff for Lenox Inc. I really enjoy the perks for his job. My collection of Disney Lenox has increased substantially since his employment .

I have really enjoyed reading about everyone else. We are such a diverse group who have at least one thing in common !

dh is at the corp office Lawrenceville. I think he has mentioned that the Pomona whse will be closing. Don't know when though.

I am a Commercial Insurance Account Executive in South Jersey. Maybe I have seen some of you other insurance people in New Jersey around before. My wife is a SAHM for our 20 month old and is due next week with child number two. She has a degree in accounting and use to work as an accountant for a local hospital.

I'm a manager of editorial services for a medical publishing company and do some freelance writing and editing as well. That's what I get paid for -- I volunteer with my sons' cub scout and boy scout pack/troop. Hubby is a SAHD and runs his graphic design business from home. He volunteers with scouts and chairs our town's conservation board.

Dream job: novelist for me, some sort of cast member position for husband. He swears he's going to go work there when he retires...

I've been a School Bus Driver part-time (3 hrs/day) for 10 years and 6hrs/day for the past 2 years. I've literally been driven crazy by K-12 children, including my own DS (now 15), for the past 12 years...and to think I was only gonna do this until I had another baby! The Good Lord had other plans for me, obviously! It has its perks though...summers off and able to participate in DS's school and extra-curricular activities. Before DS I was and administrative assistant at both Ortho Pharmaceutical (J&J) and Mobil Oil Corp.
DH has worked in the automotive industry for years, currently Service Manager.
DS is a hard-working h.s. freshman (honor roll), and a travel baseball player with dreams of playing in the NCAA college world series. (DH and I are dreaming of a little help with the tuition!) His back-up plans include dentistry or optometry.

Interesting to see all the different occupations of us DISers!

Oh, yes, and I have a job on the side as the IT manager of a manufacturing company. Now that DW no longer works (except for the cats!), she is also Chief DVC Planner and Official MS Liason.

I'm a HR Director for Labor Relations. My dream jobs (I have two)

1. The greeter at the Grand Floridian. Spats and a straw hat!
2. Boat captain on Seven Seas Lagoon. Not the big boats but those cool little ones that go between the resorts and MK.

DW is a sales support staffer at a health insurance company. Her dream job - Chip or Dale.
