I'm just curious. I've always considered working in the reservation center for Disney World to be extremely interesting to me. So much in fact, that if I found a good posistion, I would seriously consider relocating my family to Florida.
I have heard before that Disney does not pay it's cast members very well. Does anyone know offhand how they pay their reservationists? Is it hourly, commission, both, salary, and does anyone know if it's a set starting wage, or based on call center experience?
Any hard numbers offhand?
