Hi all,

Ive had a look at their website, and I think I will book for me and my daughter to have our dresses steamed on the morning of my wedding.

But it doesnt mention the costs involved.

Plus, I am slightly concerned about what time to put on the request form. We are from the UK and have booked our wedding through Virgin, but its not in WDW. We have got our date but no time (???).

I have just received a final letter from Virgin confirming our date etc, with a number to call the Wedding Co-ordinator direct in Orlando.

I did try to give her a call to see if she could help out a bit, but she said they were snowed under at the moment trying to sort out all the September weddings while these hurricanes are going on - which I obviously understand.

Should I just put on Carolyn Allen's form a time like, say, 9am - and then ring to change it if need be?

Any advice would be welcome.

Hi Lorraine

We too are from the UK although we are dealing direct with Disney rather than doing a package.

My wedding is at 4pm and I am hoping to book my steaming of my dress for around Midday or thereabouts.

When I contacte Carolyn Allen about dress steaming these were the prices she gave me:-

Bridal gown steaming or pressing $65 and additional dresses and extra items $15 each
