DS found a new factory sealed game that he's been wanting on Ebay. It was $49.99 at Target today. The Ebay offers a "buy it now" for half that. Is there a difference between an "Asian" version & the one at Target?

Could it be all the instructions and on-screen text are in Japanese? :confused3

I bet any instructions or text in the game is in japanese...

what game is it?

It "can" mean what the above say. It also "can" mean LOTS of things. I bought an Asian version of a game once off ebay. Out of the box it was Chinese. The seller sent me instructions on how to get it to play in English. It "did" work, but it wasn't flawless.

On the plus side, the Chinese version had far more content than the US version.

I probably would not do it again.

The listing states an English manual.

BTW, if it matters, quite likely it is a pirated version. Something like 80% of all software from China is pirated. Is the auction from Hong Kong?

I did know that it "could" be pirated, but I was sucked in by the extra content, and, admittedly, the low price.

Well, one time DH bought DS a Pokemon gameboy game from ebay and it was all in Japanese! :lmao: So you just never know...
