It amazes me what some people will wear or bring on an aircraft. I've seen a few who might as well have been naked for all that they weren't covering. When did letting your belly-and-hip fat hang out over your jeans become a popular trend? For that matter, when did bra straps become a fashion accessory??? I digress.
