I have only flown a few times but we are talking about flying in July when we go to WDW. There will be 5 of us, myself, DH, Dgrandma, DS-11, DS-14. The kids have never flown. What do I need to have with me? Their birth certificates? Both their dad and I are going. I know that I can just print their boarding passes with ours but else will they ask for at securtiy?

Thanks for the help. I wish I was at WDW now, it is snowing in Ohio!!!:)

You don't need any documents for kids under 18. Unless you buy them a child fare seat then I think you need something.
but we just flew with the kids and we didn't need anything. the agent in Orlando did ask them their names. but that was it.

Yep, nothing is needed. Just prepare your kids that the TSA and gate agents will ask them their name and age.

The only documentation needed is for someone who is flying with a lap baby (under 2). Then a birth certificate is needed.

We have flown many times and the security agent will just say Emma or whatever your childs name is and they will need to respond or raise their hand. We just did this last Sunday.

The children will not need anything but sometimes they will be asked their name and how old they are. I alway travel with my children's Birth Certificates and take their school ID's.....just incase.
