What do you want to name your future children?

so i wrote my names before i read any of the posts... and found a few of them on others lists! me and my friends made these lists back in 7th grade... so i didn't 'steal' any ideas!

Lol no one would think that.
We post the names we like, regardless of what other people like.

One name I'm considering is Wednesday... just because I think it's adorable.

I was thinking the other day that if I ever had twin girls, I'd name one Cindy and one Ella (or Ellie)

Hmm, have you noticed a trend yet? It's practically an all-girl thread.

Girl baby: Jane, Juliette, Julia, Claire, Belle, Rose
Boy baby: Jack, Joshua, John, Jason, Thomas

J's just juice up the name!

Girls
Tiffany Blanche (haha, yes :] Tiffany is also David Ortiz's wife name, haha.)
Florence Hailie (idk haha, i just like the names :])

Boys
Jacoby George (oh yes, george harrison AND jacoby ellsbury! omnomntsgahyud!)
Dustin Jonathon (PEDROIA AND PAPELBON!)

Right now I really like the name Eleanor [Juliet] (pronounced how it's spelled, not like how Ellie pronounces her name) for a girl, with possible nicknames being Ellie, Ella, or Nora. I also like the combo Eleanor Claire. For boys I really like Graham [Oliver] lately, with Gray as a nickname.

All the names I like are really posh-sounding. :cutie:

I think it's my accent.. 'cause normally when I go on holiday to the US they're like "your name's Ell-en-nor?" and I'm like "NAH, it's NAH!" lolol xD
How is it pronounced in Eleanor Rigby?
And you mean pronouncing it like Ell-en-nor rather than Ell-en-nah?

Eleanor! That was the one I couldn't think of. I prefer the spelling of "Elinor" though. It just looks interesting that way.

I love the name Claire too. :)

That's the Welsh version. xD

Girl: Kelsey [Julia for middle name], Madelyn [Elizabeth] (Maddie for short)

Boy: Lucas [Daniel] (Luke for short), Hayden [Matthew]

My first born will be (without question. I don't care what the father thinks. I'm going to carry the kid around for 9 months and deal with everything that comes with being pregnant, I'm naming him/her. [this is only slightly sarcastic]):

Gabriel Jensen (boy)
Gabrielle Elizabeth (girl)

After that (ideally, two kids is what I want. I spent my whole childhood longing for a sibling and I don't want my child to want for a playmate like I did) I'd pick between:

Jordan, Apollo (not after Apollo Ohno, thanks), Alexei, Hermes, or Michael for boys.
Artemis (not after the books, thanks), Isabelle, Mary, Theia, or Asteria for girls.

I also think it would be cool if I ended up having twins of the one boy/one girl variety. Then (and only then) would I break my first born being named Gabriel/Gabrielle rule. They'd be named Apollo and Artemis. Yes, I am a fan of Greek myth.

...Marry me.

Kiara for a girl, and Ryan for a boy.

It'd be Kiara (middle name undecided) and Ryan Jacob.

omigosh!
lol, i want my boy to be called Ryan Jacob too lol.
i love that combo
And another boy name would be...
David Locke or Daniel Locke...

:confused3:goodvibes :yay:

and the girl...
I'd say like Belissa Kenna, which in irish, means beautiful fire.
Another girl name would be Aonani Rosabelle Lynnea
The first name is Hawaiian, and it means beautiful light
Both middle names are Latin, and it means beautiful rose and pretty

:cutie: :goodvibes :cool1: :thumbsup2

Girls: Aislinn Ann, Emma Elizabeth, Charlotte Virginia

Boys: I don't know..I haven't thought about it.

I also like the girl's name Nevaeh, which is heaven spelled backwards. Not particularly because of that, mainly because I think it sounds beautiful. It just easily rolls off your tongue.

That's the Welsh version. xD

I'm pretty sure it's the British/Liverpool accent cause that's how it's pronounced in Eleanor Rigby.
And I mean the first way. :cutie: I also like the Welsh spelling so now I'm a bit conflicted but I have time to decide these things.

I'm not too sure, but I know what names I like.

Girls:
Angharad.
Hannah.
Megan.
Eleanor.
Saran.
Morgan.
Kelly.
Florence.

Boys:
Richard. (RICHEY! I also really like the name.)
Nick. (NICKY. ;D)
James.
Sam.
Paul.
Thomas.
Jac.
Stuart.

A girl would be Audrey, a boy would be Ethan or Silas.

Audrey, because I like it.
Ethan, because I like it...and it's the name of my favourite John Wayne character (Ethan Edwards in the Searchers ;)). My BF has agreed to Ethan, he doesn't know my secret reason. teehee
And Silas because it's my beloved grampie's middle name and I love him dearly. Silas might be a middle name though.
