What do YOU want for christmas?

Well after seeing all these threads about whose child wants what, and how to get it... Are you thinking about what you want for christmas? My parents I know are ready to kill me, since I told them to "surprise me" for Christmas. The fact of the matter is that I really don't care what they get me, because I'd like to give them something back for a change. If they want to give me money though, I won't complain...

So what do you want for Christmas?

I want a bedroom set. DH and I have been living without one for over 3 years. Our socks are in wicker baskets. Our flimsy K-Mart 5 drawer chests are on their last leg. I want a real bedroom set!

I want and need a new car.

We only have one because when we moved here to MI we didn't take DH's jeep with us. We left it with his parents in CA. All we have is our mini-van and it's been about 14 months now and we haven't got a new car for me. It sucks having to share one car. I think that's why last winter was so hard on me because without a car of my own I was home alot of the time. Very boring and depressing.

Anyways, I'm not picky. I'll take anything, any model, any year, as long as it's reliable!! See how easy I am!!

I want a digital camera (which FI's mom already got us), Mickey Mouse dish set (which my parents already got us) and a few movies... my birthday is 2 weeks before Christmas which REALLY makes it difficult to think of things to tell people!!

Well, like phisigprincess, I want a digital camera. My old reliable APS camera finally bit the dust (I have a real problem with dropping the darn thing!) and I can't find another one. So, I guess I'm going to have to bite the bullet and switch to digital.

DH is tickled about me having a large item on my list this year. Usually, I'm happy with things like socks. Well, I wanted some really heavy, warm socks, ok?

I want a laptop. I am considering starting my own online business, and could really use it. Especially since Stephen has started his Masters program, and it's mostly online classes. I would also like a new wedding band. I lost the diamond last October, so am wearing a small, silver band my daughter made me in high school so I'm not getting hit on. I'd really like a replacement. Nothing fancy, no solitaires or anything, just something a little prettier than a homemade, silver band. I really doubt I'll get either.

To go to WDW! There isn't anything I really want or need. I'm thinking that if DH & I put money we would have spent on Xmas and birthdays (mine is 1/30, his is 2/24) we can go for a short 2-3 day trip.

Of course I haven't told him about this yet....I'm still compiling all my data with prices and all so I'm prepared!

I bought most of what I want for Christmas already. I have the '06 ver. of Guinness World Records book *I get that every year*, & the Disney Days '06 calender. What I'm getting tomorrow & probably not gonna wait for is DuckTales & Chip n' Dales Rescue Rangers on dvd.

I want a rotisserie and a mandoline (fancy name for a slicer.) And a new digital camera, which I will buy for myself. And a Dyson vacuum, which I will also buy for myself. And some bubble bath, and books, and some new socks. Oh, and a new flannel nightgown to replace the one that I have now that's torn in the front - it's a little too National Geographic now, if you know what I mean.

I put together a list for my children, and then I give them some money to go and buy me some Christmas surprises - they have a great time, and I get some Christmas presents!!!!
