We are the disney family who loves the off season, Sept, Oct, early Dec, Jan, Feb, you know the drill, Well after going numeours times during these months, I am thinking about and early June trip, leaving on the 2nd, coming home on the 10th. My sons 7th birthday is June 2nd and I thought it would be a nice surprise. We would go to busch gardens, seaworld and disney. But the problem is We dont want to go when it is busy, or sooooo tooo hot... The plus side is we could do Blizzard Beach, its normally to chilly to go when we go in the other months, sept may would be fine.. Yes, we could wait until Sept, but do I want to,, well nooooooo... lol. I would also have to pull them out of school in sept too, which is not a problem I always take them out for a week for our vacation, so I could still have that week, get what I am saying, lol. So tell me, what do you think, first week of June busy yet, moderate, way too hot, which if you notice I live in Florida so I am use to that for the most part, I just dont like it real hot. Tell me your thoughts. Thank you...

We have been in early June and the parks are crowded, but manageable. Especially since you know your way around, I don't think it will be a problem for you. And you will have a great time at Blizzard Beach! :cool1:

I hate the heat - it makes me physically ill if I get too hot. Our favorite time to go is Oct when there are not bad crowds....however last June we braved it the first week. It was very hot, and quite crowded. However, it was not unbearable and we still enjoyed the trip. Dress for the heat, drink a lot of water, take afternoon breaks/naps in the hotel, take advantage of air conditioned rides, stroll through stores to cool off, etc. Be prepared. AK is the most miserable, so dont' plan to stay all day at a time here. It's hotter and the paths are smaller so it seems ultra-crowded. Having said this, I did not want to ever go back in June...but we are. So, I'm glad to know it's bearable, and you should still be able to do it. Just plan for it, and take breaks!
