What Do You Think?

I book a THV for July 16-23 2011. Free dining was announced and it does not include these dates, you would have to check in on or before July 2nd. FD for 10 or 14 days max? Either way my dates would be unavailable for FD.

So my question is do you think FD will draw the non DVC crowd's away from my dates and leave the parks less crowded then usual or do you think the crowds will remain the same as in past years?

I think that many people can only go in the summer, so it probably will be the same as usual. We were there this summer from 7/11 to 7/21. It was crowded, but not awful. We toured in the morning which I think is key.

It might draw some people but not enough to notice a difference in crowds. There is usually a good reason those dates are blackout dates, in other words already a busy time.
