How much do you think a package of 3 inferno's would sell for on ebay? We have all seen 1 inferno sell for over $400, but i wonder what 3 infernos grouped as a single item would get. The buyer may decide to sell 2 of them seperare or keep them all, but i just wanted some of your oppinions. Thanks.

ps .. this doesnt mean i am selling my inferno's, and they are not for trade. This is just a question.

I would sell them at different times bc then if u sell two of them together i do not think ppl will want to pay that much

being in the antique business we sell alot of things via Auction it is never a wise move to group items together they never bring as much money as a single item sold by itself.

I wouldn't pay anything for it on ebay.

LOL I am totally with you on this one. It will be a very cold day in a typically very hot place (and no! not Florida ;) ) before I pay actual *real* cash for a virtual item.

I still can't beleive that people would actually buy a virtual thing on e bay.

But here is my thought. I was under the impression that VMK was supposed to be a fun FREE game for kids of all ages to play. Mind you the game itself is still free but people are getting too greedy. Not only do you have people selling itmes on E bay but you also have people creating several mules so they are able to get multiple free items. I have only one character and have a very hard time trying to get into Host games to try and only get ONE item. I'm not saying that you shouldn't create a mule. All I am asking is to limit the number of mules you create. There are small kids who love playing VMK but get disappointed when they are not able to do certian things because others abuse it.

Think of the kids......

Sorry to go off on a tangent about this. I just needed to voice my opinion.

ill give you 50 bucks LMAO!!!! JK ROFL!! thats obserd $400 for a virtual magic pin i honestly cant believe this LOL i wish i was that seller i mean heck thats pure profit LOL

I so agree with Lilley on the ebay and mules. I'm lucky to be able to get into one host room to be able to get a single item itself. I don't plan on spending real money on virtual items, but I do understand it is a law of supply and demand. Where there's money to be made, people will do it. On that note, anyone want to buy a kidney on ebay? I have two! :) (J/K if you didn't guess).

I do not think you should make such blanket statements about all people who use mules.

Alot of us use mules for alot of different reasons.

Some just like playing multi characters ( I am one of those)

My mules are no more stopping a child from playing or getting into a host game anymore than your one character is. I can not even get into a host game when there is only one host room open much less run a bunch of my mules in.

I had to be gifted the run-o-meter, thanks Alien and Goofer, and thank goodness for their mules because without them my DS and I would not have this meter and what good would our Baseball rooms be with out one. Oh and DS is a child and he appreciates and thanks anyone who can get the things we can not. Not because people are abusing the game but because of a mirage of reasons:(these are not all my issues but a range of issues within VMK)

1. Server issues( VMK needs new servers)
2. Software bugs
3. DC
4. Crashes
5. not enough available instances of the game to allow the number of players trying to get in - in

I am sure there are many more.

You have the right to your opinion but to flame everyone who uses mules because a few abuse them is just as bad as the ones who abuse their mules.

It is not now or has it ever been against VMK values to only have one character per computer or person.

I never said don't create mules. I asked to limit them. I didn't mean to offend anyone. I wanted to voice an opinion that I have heard several other people express, along with myself.

No offense taken but you should not take offense to the Mules and their owners either.

Just think you should take into account that the reason your child or anyone's character that can not get into a host room, play a quest etc. has more to do with VMK shortcomings than it does with the amount of mules in the game at any given time. That is more of a fact than mules are ruining the game for everyone. Just my opinion.

However, to the original poster, it is against VMK valuesl to sell VMK items on ebay. The VMK House Rules state:

"Don't buy or sell accounts or items. We reserve the right to cancel any player account that was bought or sold, or player accounts that have bought or sold items. "

you know I was not referring to the buying or selling of codes or vmk items on eBay.

This subject has been debated over and over. However, it is not up to us enforce how Disney handles Ebay sales. If they wish to close those auctions and ban the sellers or buyers, that is up to them.

This has also gone way off the OP's orginial question, so I am closing this thread.
