If you have stayed at the Royal Pacific hotel, can you please let me know what you thought of the hotel.

not sure if you mean in comparison to the other on-site hotels, or just in general, but here goes :earboy2: LOL

The Royal Pacific (RP) has the smallest rooms square footage of all of the on-site hotels. That being said, it is a beautiful, lush, tropical hotel that will make going back & forth to the parks a breeze - the Room key perk is worth the cost of the hotel anyday of the week.
The room is warm, with posters of vintage travel promos, wall carvings, & neat lamps! It's a standard size room with seperate shower/toilet area (seperate from a vanity /sink area) & includes the standard Loews Hotel ameneties like coffee maker, in-room safe, 24 hour room service (!) etc.

We didn't hit the pool area, but you can pool-hop at any of the hotel pools if you are staying onsite - another great perk :bitelip:

We liked it very much - & will definately stay again HTH !! :goodvibes

We've stayed at RPR twice and have enjoyed both visits. Travellers between Citywalk and the resort can either take a boat or walk along a trail connecting the two. The trail exists out between Margarittaville and the bridge to IOA . Its the cheapest of all three Universal hotels, yet guests get the same perks as guests at the other hotels.

We loved the RPR. We had always stayed at the HRH and for our last trip chose the RPR. We were very please and even liked the atmosphere a little better than the HRH. We loved the view from our room and enjoyed the walk to the parks. The pool area was great and we never had trouble finding chairs.

we stayed at RP last Oct. for the first time and loved it.
We especially liked being able to walk to the parks. We found that unless a boat was already at the dock we could walk to IOA faster than waiting for the boat.

Our daughter loved the pool

We have stayed at RPR 5 times and loved each visit. The resort and the walking path to Citywalk are gorgeous and very well maintained. Our kids really enjoy the RPR pool which is also beautifully landscaped and very relaxing for the adults. People always talk about the rooms being small but we found them more than adequate for our family of 4. Great amenties, very friendly and accomodating staff also. Jake's is great for casual dining. We also enjoyed ordering food from the pool bar and just hanging out by the pool. And of course the FOTL perk can't be beat!

We stayed at the PBH for our first stay and found the staff wicked snotty. We felt like we didn't belong there. They offered us a free night to come back and stay with them, but we never used it. We instead stayed at RPR for our second trip, and this will be our 3rd trip back to the RPR in a year. The rooms are small, yes. But, we had a Deluxe Room @ the PBH, and we didn't like that the sink and toilet were in the same room. At least at the RPR they are separate (as long as you don't get a handicap-accessible room). We have not stayed at the HRH, but so far the RPR hasn't given us a reason to stray. The staff have always been so warm and friendly to us there.

It's my favorite for the price for the 3 on site hotels, I've stayed at all 3. Love the South Pacfic/lush themeing of RPH, the only thing I am not crazy aobut is the pool. I think the HRH pool kicks butt! That said, the most expensive one Portofino, looks good from the outside but it is my least favorite. (I guess that's a good thing since it costs the most!)

We stayed at RPR this past June. Our kids loved the pool, sometimes I think more so than the parks. The hotel is nice, landscaping great; however with that said, the prices are outrageous. We are used to going downstairs to eat breakfast (family of 4, $60 a morning), the game room is a ripoff (when it rains the gameroom comes in handy), and in general you pay the 4-star pricetag in everything you do, including park your car!!!! The only benefit- FOTL passes, and depending on when you go and what time you get there- you may not even need them
