What do you think of Summerfield...

Someone please make up my mind!!!
Opinions please....(this is for a month long stay)
Summerfield Condo resort - 2 bedroom
no maid service(WHAT?)
Pets for a 100$ fee(up to 100lbs)
washer & dryer in unit

or

Summerfield suites Lake Buena Vista
2 bedroom trio
Cont. brekkie
free parkhoppers
Wyndham by request perks(long distance, etc.,etc.,)
NO pets

these two are the same price, actually SS lbv is less, and you get alot more, but no pet policy.
I will be working 7 days a week, right by little Lake Bryan(Dixie Stampede) but my dd and Mum will be around the hotel...for 30 days! Has anyone stayed in these?
PS - WHY is the microtel Inn so inexpensive???

Also the drive from Orange Blossom Trail is more like 15 min drive. The Summerfield hotel is about 5 mins...It is 2 lights up from CrossRoads shopping center...

I called this morning to Summerfield Central Res Line, they will not honor the rate they quoted me...it came up again this morning, and then when they transferred me to the property to figure out how to fed ex payment(I won't receive my CC for at least another 10-14 days) the property freaked, and sais, you will have to speak to Central, this must be a mistake. After hors of calling back and forth, they conceded that yes, this was a system error, and yes, this is what they quoted me. No, there is nothing they can do...can you believe it!? Talk about customer satisfaction...I am not pleased, and frankly, if this is how they handle their mistakes, one can't but wonder how they handle guest services. So, the hunt continues...the best they can do for me is 89.99 night, plus taxes....woo hoo. Any more ideas?
(If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all)

crusnp....What was the rate you were quoted on the site...$89.99 a night sounds like a great rate for the Summerfield Lake buena vista.....they had a super special this summer where the rate was a few dollars lower but usually it is a lot higher....
