What do you think of our dates??

In 2005 we went to WDW the week after Thanksgiving and it was a bit more crowded than we had anticipated. Then, the first week of April 2006 we went back and it was actually not as crowded as we had anticipated.

Now we're looking for some feedback on the dates we've chosen for this years' second trip. The dates are Nov. 15th - Nov. 21st

We chose these dates thinking it might be a good week to go because F&WF will be over, Jersey week will be over(we think), Soap Weekend will be over and it will be before Thanksgiving.

What are yawl's opinions? We'd like to know. We're not going to change the dates due to responses or anything. Just looking for thoughts and such.

I think the closer to Thanksgiving you get, the more crowded it will be. The last few days of your trip may be shared with many thousands of your closest friends ! Regardless, you'll have a great time!

Oh yeah. We realize that it will get progressivly more crowded as our week moves on.

We went that week last year and it was perfect. Crowds were LOW, weather was great. Sounds like a great time to go if you ask me.

We're going this year Nov. 16 to Nov. 22. From what I've read on the boards in the last few months, the only day that might be pretty crowded would be the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and you'll be gone by then. Otherwise, I've had no trouble making ADR's, even fairly last-minute (since we're 3 weeks out), and many people have told me that's a slow time, since all the things you mentioned are over. Have a great time!

We actually just added another night to our trip. We were talking about how excited we were to be going and realized we wanted to go earlier. So now it's Nov. 14th - Nov. 21st.
