What do you think of my plan?

What do you think of my plan? We are staying on Universal Property but the first day we have to check out of our time share and then check in at Universal. The last day we will leave from IOA for the airport. We are going Sept 9-11. It is myself 35 (a little nervous of the coasters but I ride all the Disney coasters but TT), DH 35 who can take or leave the coasters, likes theming, DD 17, DD 8, DD 4 (is about 38.5 inches and may or may not be 40 with shoes on). I would love suggestions of where to eat. Also warnings for things that are too scary for a 4 year old.

You're not going to need a touring plan at that time. Just go and have fun. There is a food sticky with menus for all the restaurants and counter service that should help with your eating decisions.
