what do you think my chances are???

i won't have confirmation from my husband's employer that he can get time off for a visit to WDW until mid Sept. What do you think my chances are of getting a partial hoopup site at FW in late Sept or early to mid Oct if i call mid Sept?

i have never been camping at wdw before and i am hoping you veterans would have info on how far in advance ressies have to be made and if last minuite things like this can happen.

Sept is generally less busy than Oct. Oct has many conventions and sporting events, and "snowbirds" start arriving. Call CRO as soon as you can. We have made ressies a few days out, and even the morning of arrival for a spur-of-the-moment weekend. It just depends on what's available when you call. Sometimes it takes a couple of calls to catch someone's cancellation.

Lori - why don't you call and reserve a spot now. It will only be one night's deposit - and you can get it back up til 5 days before you go! That way you'll be assured a spot and you won't have to worry about it!
