i have played around with both of theese for so long, my rental price just dripped again so here is where i am Aiir from Il to FL round trip Dec 10-19th 3 people 440.00 all taxes and fees included
Car rental Alamo same dates unsing coupon and rate code BQWD was 228.16
now 215.60

Coming from the midwest as well (flying out of Milwaukee) our airfare was $720. midwest nonstop for 3. and right now our hertz ressie sits at $360. I won't pay that but I haven't seen any discounts yet for Feb when we are going.

Looks close to what I have for my Nov 25-Dec 4 trip (9 days).

Three people flying from Columbus, Ohio $429 through Hotwire. Rental car for same period through Budget, mid-size $195.52 (total). That was using a 20% off coupon from the Entertainment Book...and reserving several months out.
