Firstly are you on DDp ? If not breakfasts would be cheaper, but if on DDP dinner is a better value !
Sci Fi is really neat, food is average , hamburgers are great, so are their milkshakes. Your son would love it !!
Coral Reef I haven't tried but plan too!
Liberty Tree Lunch is not character meal, but the menu looks good , We have eaten dinner there and didn't care for family style meal there!
Crystal Palce is my fav for dinner
Garden Grill great character interection but again did not really czre for family style
1900 Plan on doing supper next year

If your dd loves princesses I would definitely recommend Akershus or CRT. We've never done CRT but did Akershus for dinner. We did not like the food, but the character interaction was good. We are doing it again this trip but doing breakfast this time.

CRT - if you're looking for Princesses, do breakfast or lunch. Dinner doesn't have all the princesses.

Crystal Palace was one of our favorites last trip. We did it for lunch and this next trip we're doing it for dinner.

Liberty Tree Tavern - we thought the character interaction was wonderful...the best of all the ones we went to, but the food was just okay. We are not doing this one again.

Both Breakfast and Dinner are good at this place. Dinner will be Cindy, Prince, Stepsisters, and Stepmother. Breakfast is Pooh, Tigger, Alice and Mad Hatter - maybe someone else

We didn't care for dinner here. We liked breakfast better, but still think there are much better restaurants for character dinning

Love the Princess interaction. We much prefer breakfast here. We didn't care for the Norwigian food at lunch

Dinner is great here. It can be a LONGGGG dinner. Make sure your children won't be bored by a 2 plus hour dinner

We love all of the meals at CRT - but the Princesses only come to the table for breakfast and lunch. I'd probably choose lunch

This is one of our favs for an Epcot lunch. We usually make a later dinner ARD at one of the world showcase countries, but we don't do the dinning plan so we eat more than one sitdown per day sometimes

We like to get an early breakfast ADR on a non-EMH morning. We think its a great way to start a Magic Kingdom day

Liberty Tree Tavern - New to us - Lunch or Dinner???

Both are great. They have two different menus. If you want characters choose dinner - they aren't there at lunch, but the meal is family style (turkey, stuffing, beef, mac and cheese, etc). Lunch has a lovely menu but no characters.


Narcoossee's - never been

Another great restaurant that can take a while. Make sure that your children are well rested and ready to sit for a while

Ohanha's - never been

I'd make this a priority. Its great family restaurant. Take a walk on the beach after dinner and if its close to fireworks time stick around and see them. Its a great view.

Rose and Crown - never been

We didn't care for the menu at this restaurant


Sci Fi - never been but really want to!!!!

Great fun. We almost always get the burgers, fries and milkshakes. I personally like the grownup milkshake with the peppermint schnaaps in it. If anyone in your family is pooh sized ask for a table car. The booth cars are a little bit tight


Coral Reef - went for dinner last time and really liked it

We've never been. Don't care for seafood


Fantasmic Show - not sure if we will do a restaurant with it or not

Liberty Tree Tavern - loved it for lunch, particularly liked the potroast. We are doing dinner this time, as our DS 3ish will get a kick out of it.

Coral Reef - went last trip as our "big meal" lunch. I loved it. DH, seemed more impressed than his present enthusiasm about a return trip would suggest. We decided to not go back and burn an opportunity to try somewhere new. I will miss the blackened catfish!

Depending on when you are going and how long you want to wait in line decides whether or not you do Fantasmic Package. We are doing it at Mama Melrose (don't think Brown Derby is worth two credits--we didn't enjoy our meal there at all and we refuse to go to H&V ever again).

I highly recommend dinner at Ohana's!! The best food EVER!!! It's been 10 months and our group of 7 are still talking about it (and craving it!).

We lucked out and were given the big round table in the corner and were able to watch the water parade and Wishes fireworks at the end of our meal.

California Grill - Do it if you can kid free but certinly not to be missed arrive early and ask for a window table and go around wishes time and step out on the balcony to watch

Cinderella's Royal Table - No prefrence, I would do dinner

The Garden Grill Restaurant - Never been, revolving around would make me sick

Crystal Palace - Is breakfast the only time with Pooh, if so i would do breakfast

I can't help with the milk proteins issue, but ask the on the DINE line when you call. At the very least have it added to your record. My nephew loved the itzakadoozie popsicle so in the parks your kids may go for those. I chose the Mickey bar.

You may want to read over on the family board. Lots of parents seem to work through those allergy issues and may have some tips over there. I'm useless all we deal with are vegetarian options, but that's old hat for me now.

A TS restaurant will only take TS credits. If you went just for milkshakes I'd suggest paying OOP.
