What do you think about Google the Corporation?

Do you think they are evil? I don't.

I use Chrome
I have a droid Phone and use gmail (and chat) and google voice (transcribed voice mails)
I use google maps and like street view


My wife uses them for merchant services (i.e. credit card transaction) on her website because they were by far the cheapest way to process cards for a low volume website.

Are you asking about the "big brother" issue w/Google?

I have read a few interesting articles about how they collect and use information. Doesn't really bother me....but some people are up in arms about the very fact that they collect the information and then share with others.

For those who don't want their web searches "tracked" you can use Startpage as your search engine instead of Google.

As to all of their other devices and how to avoid having information collected I haven't a clue.
