I always bring info. on our trip in one place (a plastic divided file folder-like thing). I feel like I am forgetting something! 
Probably just something we aren't doing on this trip or something - but it sure seems less full than usual!
Here is what I have so far:
airline confirmations
rental car confirmation and coupon
hotel confirmations for each room (we are going in a group/we are sponsors for 6 rooms at SOG
)
park ticket pricing information
meal ressie information and ressie #
map from each park for planning before we arrive
menus from our fav. cs and ts restaurants
suggested grocery ideas for when we first arrive
directions to hotel
What else?
Now that I look at the list it seems long...
