We usually stay onsite so only pack what we think we'll need during the day. We head back if we need jackets or to change wet sox/shoes.

Phone in a baggie for water rides

Gallon baggies for water rides (to stash our purses in)

It also came in handy in the days when DS used to try and unlatch the stall door while I was, uh, unable to stop him.
It saved me from embarrassment on many occasions...I used to think I would have to resort to depends myself. Fortunately the child has outgrown that particular habit.
