Do you always order the same drink or does it depend where you eat? And do you tend to drink what you would normally (at home) or do you allow yourself to splurge?

When I'm at table service restaurants in WDW, I tend to order unsweetened iced tea and I use splenda to sweeten it. But, I also really love regular coca cola and will get a coke when I get a cheeseburger (usually only once per trip).

As far as alcohol goes, I'm not a big fan of beer or hard liquor, but I will get a nice glass of wine when we go to one of the more upscale restaurants.

I always order diet coke with every meal, even breakfast. I will ususally have an alcoholic drink before the food arrives, but I need diet coke when I eat.

*Edited to add...I dont have the alcoholic drink at breakfast(it sounded like I meant that when I reread what I wrote). Thats usually just dinner and during our park time or pool time.

;) Sure there's no alcohol at breakfast.....

Just kidding! ;)

I LOVE sweet tea, but unfortunately can't find this at WDW, so i just get unsweetened tea and put some sugar in it and that's the closest i can get to what i really want!! sometimes at dinner i'll get a mixed or frozen drink and my fiancee will get a beer but that's only on special occasions.. :rolleyes1

At Kona Cafe I have press pot Kona coffee.
At 'Ohana...Backscratcher.
At Boma...Mt. Kilamarita.
At Rose & Crown...a half pint of Harp.
At Banana Cabana (CBR)...Goombay Smash.
At CSR...Margaritas.
In Tomorrowland...frozen Coke.
Everywhere else, unsweetened iced tea or a glass of wine.

What do you mean, no alcohol at breakfast? In all seriousness, a good Bloody Mary can be found at:

* Yachtmans Galley
* Spoodles
* Rainforest Cafe (probably the best of them)
* Olivias (OKW)

That said, I definitely enjoy an Iced Tea with most meals and wich more had Sweet Tea.

I love my Diet Coke. I see no need for any other beverage lol :love:

I had a DELICIOUS Cosmopolitan at Le Cellier last year, but learned that
me+ alcohol+ FL heat =:faint:
I often have a drink with dinner at home, but I guess the heat got to me. It sure was tasty though. I'll stick with coke this year!

One thing I love about travelling in the States is finding unsweetened ice tea. I order it whenever I can. At TS restaurants, I'll often have a glass of red wine (love my shiraz and pinoit noir). Billy, at California Grill, was our waiter and also the wine steward last time we went. He was great in recommending wines. Excellent choices! I did have to sample a few before I decided what I was going to drink. ;) Then, there is always the ol' standby of water.

Unsweetened ice tea and I bring Sweet n Low from home

I almost always drink lemonade with my meals at WDW. What's ironic is that I never have lemonade at home.

Well since disney only has very limited sugar free drinks and I don't do iced tea or lemonade I'm limited to Diet Coke which is my favorite beverage but when I'm hot I would enjoy diet sprite, diet orange and a few other flavors sometimes.

I usually drink diet (well actually I hate diet so coke zero products) soda at home. But on vacation I will splurge with a real soda at some meals or some iced tea with splenda. At a nice dinner DH will order a bottle of wine and I've been known to try out a fruity blender beverage.
