What do you order at Coral Reef?

I had the lobster bisque, which was really good. The entree was the Ahi Tuna, medium rare. Fantastic!! The Chocolate wave was the best dessert of our trip. The wine recommendation for the entree was terrific, as well.

I can't wait to try the tuna...and the chocolate wave...and I might even give your appetizer a go. This sounds like the perfect meal for me.:thumbsup2

DESSERT! When we went there once, I ordered off the kid's menu, so I could have plenty of room for the good stuff...The chocolate wave is to die for and didn't they used to have some kind of brownie boat-raft thing with oars or something? The beef skewers from the appetizers were good too, (I snagged from some my mom) and my dad liked the blackened catfish he got.

Lobster Bisque is a creme based soup with lots of butter added in I belive. And a hint of something, sherry maybe? Its very rich and the bisque at Coral Reef is delicious the few times I have had it.

For entrees I have had the chicken caeser salad which was very good, but not that big and the strip steak which was wonderful (had that a few times). The desserts at Coral Reef are some of the best in WDW at least by my palette.

Like everything else, it has its fans and critics but we have always enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere.

we are trying this restaurant for the first time in september- am anxious to see how it is!!
