What do you order at BOG lunch?

We are going to be having lunch at BOG in November. I have been looking over the menu to preorder... what are your favorite items? The carved roast beef sandwich, Croque Monsieur, and carved turkey sandwiches all sounded good. Wondering if the carved roast beef is prime rib or some other rare meat, since the description contains a food safety warning about eating undercooked meat? Does anyone happen to know about that?

Also wondering about portion sizes... would each average appetite adult need their own sandwich, or is this a place you suggest splitting a meal?

I didn't see "grey stuff" on the dessert menu, does it only come on the cupcake?

Lastly, is it possible to modify our order closer to your reservation if one of the kiddos changes their mind after we pre-order? Thanks so much!!

The portion sizes are quite big for lunch (think an entire baguette sandwich, like a jimmy Johns if you are familiar with the chain) so depending on appetite you can definitely share I really like their roast beef and don't recall it being that rare? That may be a standard Disney disclaimer (I've seen those outside of Disney too and may be an FDA
Regulation but I can't be sure). I didn't preorder my meal so I don't know about that, but I do know you can cancel the adr within 24 hours at no charge.

I had the roast beef sandwich. It is big for one, but I don't know if 2 adults would be satisfied sharing.
I would be shocked if it was prime rib at that price. It is what I would call medium rare. I enjoyed it

I have had the Croque Monsieur and it is wonderful and because I LOVE French Onion Soup done correctly, I order that here as well. I can't finish both the soup and sandwich so since I wasn't on the dining plan the next time I just ordered the soup and a lovely lemon cupcake. I have always wanted to try the Grey stuff and always plan to order the Master's cupcake, but I really enjoy the lemon cupcake so all three times I have gotten the lemon cupcake and have not been disappointed.

I had the roast beef sandwich with green beans on the side and it was delicious! DH had the turkey sandwich and the rest of my family got the croque monsieur and everyone really enjoyed their lunch.

I've had the Carved Turkey Sandwich every times I've done lunch at BOG. VERY delicious! Other members of my family have really enjoyed the Braised Pork (which is a very hearty portion) and the Croque Monsieur is a classic.

The Grey Stuff IS delicious and is available on the Master's Cupcake. DEFINITELY recommend this dessert! Actually much better way to eat the grey stuff than the way they offer it at dinner, IMO!

We have eaten here twice. I got the Croque Monsieur both times. It is delicious. We are eating there again next month. I think this time I'll probably just get the FO soup and a cupcake...maybe steal a few bites from DH. I got the soup and Croque Monsieur the first time, but it was so much food as the portion are quite large for a QS lunch.

DH had the french onion soup, roast beef sandwich, fries, and either the lemon or the strawberry cupcake. I can't remember which, but he was happy with whatever it was.

DD and I are vegetarians. I had the french onion soup (only place I've ever seen vegetarian french onion soup - it's tasty), quiche (came with a delicious, small side salad), and the master's cupcake (my favorite thing on their whole menu!). DD had the potato leek soup and a cream puff thing. She loved the soup but liked my dessert better.

For the most part, we all enjoyed our lunches. The only disappointment was the cream puff.

I always order this. My Mom was Canadian French, but before Canada, her family came from the Alsace Lorraine region of France. This was as close to my Mom's "roast pork" as I have ever had outside of my own.
