What do you need to show for Early Entry/Late Hours?

I posted this on the Theme Parks board, but still have questions:

We're staying at the Coronado Springs with my husband for business. Unfortunately we're a family of 5 (we refer to any rides designed for 4 people as "Disney Rides" since Disney seems totally set up to accommodate only that family size!). Since his company will have nearly 100 rooms at the convention, he plans to ask a friend to just list my oldest son as his roommate so he can be legit and get a room key, etc. (even though my son will actually sleep in our room).

Is this all you have to show at the parks to get in early, get the wristband to stay late, etc? Could we just ask for a spare key for our room, or do the room keys say your name, etc. on them? We'll be buying convention tickets, so they shouldn't be on our room card like Ultimate Hoppers or whatever they're called! Worst case, he could just use DH's roomcard since he'll be in meetings/training all day and not at the parks with us anyhow.

Does anyone know if the cards have your name on them? We're just trying to figure out what to do. Does DS have to be listed as a specific name on the other room? Could we just ask for another card for him from our room? If not, could the other person just ask for another card (he would just need 2). Thanks!

Starting Jaanuary 2 all room cards will have specific names on them, (not just the reservation name as they do now). You only need this card (and your park ticket of course) to get into the Morning and night extra magic hour. If your child is added on as an additional guest to a friends room that is not a problem at all as he will still have his own card.
