What Do You Miss the Most?

I miss Minnie Moo as well. I have sad news to report. She has passed on. We visit fort Wilderness every trip and we learned that she had died...not sure when exactly.

I miss the silliest thing from a long time ago. If You Had Wings. I remember it so well as a child. My mom and I loved it.

I miss the original Journey Into Imagination. Loved the song. Loved figment and dreamfinder. What's there now, even with Figment's reappearance, is a disgrace.

I miss the original Tiki Bird show. Again, a disgrace now!

I miss the Adventureland Veranda. When my family use to go years ago we always had a Kikkoman burger there. Silly, I know but I have great memories.

The good news is there are more great memories to make at WDW!

I forgot something. I really really miss River Country. This year we stayed at WL and took the trail over to Fort Wilderness. We veered off the marked trail and ended up "backstage" at what use to be River Country. It was so sad. The fun tube ride was nothing but a dried up, twiggy, dirty mess. I think they should preserve River Country as it's unlike any other water park with the Good Ol' country swimming hole theme. I went as a child and my husband and I went for our honeymoon. We had such a nice time.

I also miss Discovery Island although I know with the addition of Animal Kingdom it'll never be resurrected. I loved it.

I miss the Legend of the Lion King show in MK!

I miss Big Thunder Mountain already and feel terrible for those families involved in the accident at DL.

I forgot all about the Tiki Birds! Yes, that show is sorely missed. And the new Tiki Birds show is terrible.
