So I called at 180 and booked Chef Mickey's for breakfast. Well, on my 90th day I called booked all my other ADRs and changed the ADR for Chef Mickey's to dinner and got a very late ADR time of 8:05 PM. Well, my kids really wanted Chef Mickey's for dinner not breakfast so I took it and I kept calling back and asking for earlier ADR times. Well, about a week ago I got thru to a CM who was very friendly who said, yes I can get you in at 6:30 that day. So I booked that ADR and I cancelled the later 8:05 ADR.

Well, today I called to change around a couple of other ADRs to better suit our park days (switch 'Ohana to Tusker for the day we'll be AK, etc.). Well, at the end of the call I asked the CM to confirm all my ADRs for the week since I had made so many changes. Okay, the ADRs that I made today were fine :yay: but somehow I had two ADRs within 1 hour of each other on the same day for two different restaurants (Chefs de France & Tutto Italia)- since I never touched the ADR for this day I"m not sure how that happened :confused3 AND I had no Chef Mickey ADR but I had a WCC ADR at the time I thought I had my Chef Mickey's ADR.:scared1: I was able to re-book Chef Mickey's but now it's even later - 8:20PM :headache:

I'm tempted to call back again just to have a third confirmation of all my ADRs. Now I'm scared I'll get there and I won't have any of my ADRs.:scared: Would you call back??

Today was my 90 day mark and I called a number of times due to scheduling changes and people deciding just today that they would be joining us. All 3 times I called back, they had my reservations incorrect. AND each time, I had them go over the reservations with me before I got off the phone. So yes, I would call back to confirm one last time.

One of the problems they had was they spelled my last name wrong once. I can't tell you what happened with the others though. But I had reservations cancelled that I never cancelled! Quite frustrating when its a stressful situation to get your ressies to begin with. But it all worked out in the end for me so I hope it does with you as well.

With that said, I have 3 months till my trip. I think once a months I'm gonna call to confirm, JUST IN CASE :cool1:

I almost had a wrong ADR the other day. I asked for WCC, and I know I didn't say something else. When the CM was reading me the confirmation info, she told me that I would need park admission for this restaurant. I was able to catch the error because I knew I didn't need park admission for WCC. I wonder what's up with all the errors.

I wouldn't call back.
As you have learned, each time you and your ADR's are touched, there is the possibility for something to be changed in error.
I would stop calling and opening up these possibilities.
Good Luck

I called 407 WDW DINE. Each time I called.

I've called approximately 4 times that would have resulted in a CM needing to touch my ADRs. More than that if you count the times that I called with questions but a few of those times I never gave my info so they wouldn't have touched my ADRs.
1) To book Chef Mickey at 180.
2) To book the rest of my ADRs at 90 and change the Chef Mickey ADR from Breakfast to Dinner.
3) To change my Chef Mickey time - that one that somehow ended up as WCC.
4) Today to cancel my ADRs for LTT & 'Ohana and to book Tony's and Tusker House. This is the call that resulted in my finding out that the Chef Mickey ADR was messed up and where I found out I had duplicate ADRs on Sunday (not sure how that happened).

I would call and confirm just to be sure. That way if anything is wrong you can get it straightened out before you get down there. Imagine how upset you would be if you were at WDW trying to check in for your adr and they didn't have it! :scared1:

I called the other day to book all of my father's ADR's for May. I asked for Mama Melrose on 5/9 for 5:30. The CM said that's fine etc. etc. and then said oh wait.......long pause....then said I'm sorry, you said Mama Melrose correct? I said yes and she said, I don't have one for 5:30 at this restaurant, but I do have one for 5:40. I said yes, that's fine. I could be wrong, but I think she looked up the wrong restaurant and realized it as she was booking it. This may have been what happened to you except it wasn't caught.

I would say that the best thing to do is to have your reservation #s with you. We were there for Thanksgiving 2008, and I made a Chef Mickey reservation 180 days out (and the best time I could get was 4:30!!). When I arrived at the podium, they said I did not have a reservation. I said oh, yes I do, and whipped out my dining info paper. When I gave her the ressie#, she said, I see you are in the system, but not on my list for today. So she did give me a pager and we did get in, but if I didn't have that # with me, our Thanksgiving dinner would have been at the Contemporary Grab and Go! So I will always have all my ressie #s with me at all times from now on.

I would not call back. Once I make my ADRs I DO NOT change them (with the exception of this past trip)....calling to change them risks getting them messed up. I hope you're able to get everything straightened out.
