What Do you make with Your Designs?

I have received soem great designs from great artisitic people here on the boards . I am going to make shirts for each day of our trip in October but I am wondering what others things have you made with designs from the boards? I have saw some pics but am just trying to get other ideas to make things as magical as possible for my family.
