What do you make for Easter?

We are having an Easter lunch after the kids hunt for eggs, and I am coming up with my menu.
What do you usually have and would you care to share some recipes with me.

What do I make? Reservations.

My mom makes ham, mashed potatoes, cooked carrots, pineapple slices in lime jello, broccoli casserole, and usually pineapple upside down cake. This year she might do a strawberry cake though (Duncan Heinz).

Ham and Turkey, but reservations sound great for this year!

We're having 'Ohana...at home. I have the recipes, and we're pretty brave, so we're going to give it a try--from the shrimp to the bread pudding!

We have leis and luau-themed plates, etc. to set the mood.
We'll greet family and friends at the door with, "ALOHA!"

I make ham, corn pudding (super easy), pierogi, chocolate & peach pie. The family brings potato salad, broccoli casserole, rolls, salad & fruit salad.
