What do you like to make in your Crock Pot?

I've noticed that nobody's posted any recipes in awhile. I'd hate so see this thread die since I've gotten so many wonderful ideas from it. Does anyone have any more?
 
Not a great receipe but

eye round roast beef
1 package onion soup mix
1 can beef broth

Put roast in pot. Mix soup and broth (add salt, pepper, garlic, whatever to taste). Pour mix over roast. Cook on low 8 hours. Very tender, very tasty roast beef.

By not great, I meant not hard or creative. It is great taste wise.

Corned Beef and Cabbage
3 carrots, cut in 3" pieces
3/4 lb of corned beef brisket
2-3 medium onions, quartered
3/4 - 1 1/4 cups of water
half a small head of cabbage, cut in wedges

1. Layer all ingredients except cabbage in crock
2. Cover. Cook on low 8-10 hours, high 5-6 hours
3. Add cabbage wedges to liquid, pushing down to moisten. Turn to high, cook an additional 2-3 hours.

Note:
To cook more cabbage than crock will hold, cook separately in skillet. Remove 1 cup broth from crock during last hour of cooking. Pour over cabbage wedges in skillet. Cover and cook slowly for 20-30 minutes.

Variations:
1. Add 4 medium potatoes, halved, with the onions.
2. Top individual servings with mixture of sour cream and horseradish.

I've started buying the pot roast seasoning that comes with a cooking bag. Do you use those in the crock pot? It says that it is for the oven. :confused3
I've been using that with a roast, onion, carrots, celery, and whole red skin potatoes. I cook for 6 hours on high. It is very good! I'd love to know if I can use the bag. It sure would make cleaning up easy. :goodvibes

1 can diced tomato (small)
1 envelope dry onion soup
2 large onions chopped
1/2 cup water.
Salt/pepper to taste
Place meat in crock pot with diced onions, mix all other ingrediants together pour over, cook on low for 8 hours. It will fall apart! I boil potatoes on the stove and add them in for the last 30 minutes so they get the taste of the tomato sauce.
