I can't eat scrambled eggs WITHOUT ketchup.

Have you ever put cole slaw on a chili dog? It's WONDERFUL!!!

That's the standard "chili/hot dog all the way" in Eastern NC...chili, mustard, onions, and slaw!

When I was a kid, my older brother and I would put sliced American cheese torn into bits on a plate, squirt some ketchup and mustard on it, and eat it with a fork. Please don't ask me why, as I have no idea, but we swore we loved it.

Now, the strangest thing I eat is Le Seur (sp??) Early Peas straight from the can.

My favorite breakfast is frosted mini-wheats with peanut butter (and milk, or course). Yummm! I also love my pancakes or waffles with peanut butter and syrup. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

I've heard that slaw dogs are good, but alas, I have not had one yet! :teeth:

I also like BBQ sandwiches with cole slaw on it as well - those ROCK, too!

Mayo and Banana Sandwich on White Bread, that is probably the strangest thing that I eat. I also eat cream cheese with jalpeno jelly, yum!

Sushi and sashimi of any kind. I especially enjoy natto ( fermented soy beans), octopus and eel but no sauce, salmon and salmon skin roll and a spicy tuna roll especial when made with kimchi sauce
Kimchi which my husband thiks is really gross
Oshinko (pickled Daikon)
pickled ginger
squid
sea urchin

turkey and green olive pizza (w/ red sauce), also butter and ketchup sandwiches. I salt my melon and green apples, too.

Tigerpiglet,
I went shopping and bought cream cheese and jelly, cant wait to try it! :cool1:

Just thought of another thing...when we get Burger King I have got to cover my whopper in that zesty sauce ( onion ring sauce) and if the people dont get me enough sauce for my onion rings and my whopper I am not a happy camper....DH swears he is never ordering BK for me again :rotfl2:

actually, a law was passed that said (In TN) that if you hit it, and kill it, you can keep it, and eat it. It made me wonder if the number of animas that were killed on the road went up.

I have always eaten ketchup on my scrambled eggs/omlets. I also like salsa on eggs.

McDonalds fries dipped in their hot mustard sauce, love it!

macaroni and cheese with a can of tuna mixed in, or mac and cheese with salsa mixed in

my Dad likes his breakfast gravy along with pickled beets, it turns the gravy purple!

Canned biscuits right out of the can.

I sometimes dip potato chips/french fries in ranch dressing.

I love escargot in mushroom sauce. Some people find escargot disgusting.

When I was growing up I used to put mayo on my cheeseburgers. My MIL thought that was the strangest thing. She thought that was totally gross. I don't get it? What's so strange about putting mayo on a cheeseburger? :confused3

Where do I start :)

I love peanut butter and banana sandwiches...chips inside of any sandwich...for breakfast nothing beats cheese toast (cooked in the oven) with syrup on it...for a snack I LOVE the grab bag size Cheetos with 3-4 tubes of hot peanuts mixed in it...Yuuummm! You should all try it.

Oh, and I understand the ice cream and milk thing. I like the crunchy ice cream part, it's kinda like getting a coke float.

I'm part Hawaiian and I love raw seasoned seafood, like sashimi, seasoned cubed raw fish (poke which is made with seaweed (limu), roasted ground candlenut (inamona), and sea salt (pa'akai), or seasoned crab, or sea urchin ... yum! That's how the Polynesians preserved their fish.

I especially love aku palu which is raw seasoned fish innards and scrapings.

My dh always jokes with me that I should appear on Fear Factor or something. :teeth:

Poke is one of my favorite foods, but you can leave out the inamona.
And yum to sashimi.

I love to mix cottage cheese with sweet pepper relish and dijon mustard, then eat it with crackers. I also cook angel hair pasta and mix it with peanut butter. When we were young my dad made us graham crackers with butter and grape jelley.

I do that to...Yummmyy!!!

I love ketchup and rice :)

I also love white bread and ketchup. When I was little I called them the 'Kid bloodymary" lol.

Oh...Cooked pears and raspberry dressing. I also love nori (seaweed) with a little bit of seasoning.

Oh..And chili in a bag..You take a doritos bag (The snack size ones) and crush up the chips, put chili inside the bag and Yummmy!

The little girl I babysit loves dressing, sauce, salsa you name it she'll eat it. You give her a carrot with dressing on it, she will suck off the dressing and go get more, suck it off and do this all day lol.
