One tidbit I have that is not really a secret is that there is an interesting bit of Epcot history in Innoventions West; I can't recall exactly where, but in one of those buildings that's empty with no attractions, there is a timeline of Epcot's various phases and events throughout multiple decades...I think it was up for Epcot's 25th anniversary back in 2007 along with other displays, but the timeline was still up last year.
Also, there is a hidden mickey in Animal Kingdom at the Affection Section in Rafiki's Planet Watch. It may not be there all the time, but look for a mickey shape shaved into a sheep's wool!
