What do you have too much of?

Cleaning out my closet and counted 17 pairs of black shoes, all kind of look the same. I guess I have about 13 pairs too many.

Also, have way too many socks and undies.

CRAP. Some of it I buy, some of it is given to me, but is still just too much crap! LOL

Actually, I just today went through my purses. I am keeping about 25-30, and donating about 15. My donation pile was larger, but then DD8 saw them and she just HAD to keep some for herself. She took about 7-8. She then went through HER purses and got rid of 4-5 older ones.

Shoes is another issue. Last summer I sorted through those and I had 100+ pairs. I got rid of a bunch, but now I am probably getting close to that number again. I'll be going through shoes again later today.

You should ask my DH that question. He has TOO much of everything. I've been getting on him lately about getting rid of stuff he doesn't need and he's doing better.

the last time i cleaned out my sock drawers i counted them for hahas and realized i had well over 100 pair of socks. i also have about 75 pairs of underwear (i loved the old victoria's secret special of 5/$20, now it's like 3 or something, lol) and 30 bras or so. and i only wear about 5 or 6 of the bras, lol. why do we do this? and even more important, why can't we throw them out?? lol, i also have about 15 pairs of flannel pajamas, 5 sets of longjohns, and numerous nightgowns. i don't know how it all got in my house.....

Oh my I am so with you on this. Why can't we just throw it out? Especially bras and undies, not like they can be passed along to anyone else Ya know, I am going to toss all of it tonight. I guess I just had a "lightbulb" moment. Thanks. Care to join me?

Shoes, or my DH thinks so. He says I have more shoes now than He will own his whole life.
Make-up, mostly eyeliners and shadows.
I also end up with a lot of plain tee shirts.

Stuffed animals!!! My dd has been in the hospital tons of times and every time we come home with more stuffed animals. Dd is a very sentimental 9 year old and can't bare to part with them. I have 3 large black garbage bags full of stuffed animals in my attic. CRAZY!!!!
