Could you lovely ladies tell me how this all works?!? I know I can't book until 8 months before the date--and this will be next week for me!!!!

Do you have to call Disney or do they book you automatically if you're "penciled in"? What time do you call and who do you talk to? What info do you need to provide?

(Can you tell I'm excited! :yay:)

The Wedding Consultant I have talked to previously is on vacation this week, but I knew you experts out there could assist me (or send me a link!).

I've been a lurker for a few months, and you have all been so helpful! Thanks in advance. :thumbsup2

I didn't ring on the day as my planner knew what I wanted and just booked it, but if your planner isn't there i'm not sure what happens. Plus she'd gotten all the info she needed from me such as our hotel booking numbers beforehand. I suggest you ring this week and ask.

Wow, Congrats on being so close!:cool1:

Once you've been penciled in, your consultant (or their assistant if yours is on vacation) will take care of making sure you're all set. You may not get an email from them right off due to the vacation, but if you haven't heard anything once she gets back, you can always give them a call. The assistants (in my experience) are really on top of things! :goodvibes
