From what I can tell the offer I put in for ROFR is a long shot. What do you guys think? Please help, Im going crazy here and its only been like 8 days! I clearly have no patience, and if it goes thru I dont have points til 2011 anyways, LOL. I already have another property in mind as a back up haha. Currently in ROFR is.... SSR (Mar) $65pp 125pts, no '09 pts, 3 (yes 3) '10 pts and all '11pts. Buyer pays closing and I am a new member. DVCbyResale.

Wow $65 for SSR, my first thought that bid will be ROFR'd for sure. And then I saw there really aren't any points until 2011. Are you paying closing costs? How about the 2009 MF's for you whole three points?

Disney likes to ROFR bids that have low cost per point and no MF's for a year of points and/or no closing costs. I just can't see them ROFR'ing your bid when there are no points for a year. However, my DH can see Disney grabbing this contact.

So I think you will need some pixiedust on this one. Good luck!

WOW.....I am 20 days into ROFR at SSR with 50pts $75 and seller pays closing. Good luck! Maybe Disney will blink and pass you.

I know how you feel, I submitted a low offer on 150pts at AKV on 2/1. I am so anxious to know already! There has been a lot of good news on the ROFR thread in the last few days, I'm thinking one is due to get bought back and it's going to be mine....

I have seen some low prices get passed at OKW and SSR this month, I think $65 sounds pretty close for 125 at SSR with no 09 or 10 pts. Fingers crossed it will go through!

"DenLo" Thanx for the reply.. I am paying closing cost and the 2009 and 2010 mf's are already paid...I know this one is LOW... I ALMOST wish now I would have just coughed up the extra couple hundred and bid on a more middle of the road SSR listing (Shhs dont tell DH).. But hey if i get this Im sure Ill be glad I tried for it... pixie and patience.. ugg...
