What Do You Get On Every Trip (Anti-Pin Thread)

We get a pin from the resort, one with the year, and any other "special" activity. Like last year we got one from
the poly because it's where my son got over his fear of the characters. Then when we get home I arrange them all in a shadow box with a few of our favorite photos from the trip and add them to our Disney wall! That way we all get to see our trips every day!!

It's been chilly at night there my last 3 times (December) so I have always gotten a sweatshirt/pullover.

But what I really PLAN to get each year is a picture/print of an artist's drawing or painting. In 2005 it was of the Rose & Crown and in 2006 it was Bistro de Paris. In 2008 I bought a neat print of a drawing of the Haunted Mansion. They are framed around the house ... it's part of my covert WDW collection ... people just think I have neato prints on the wall ... little do they know that it's all part of my WDW obsession

The idea of restaurants around the world framed in my kitchen sounds totally cool! Thanks for the idea! I'll have to work on that this upcoming trip! I need something for this one wall in my kitchen and I think that will be perfect!!

We always get a picture frame and magnets with the year on them

i always get an ornament and a piece of jewelry or charm.

DH always gets a mug.

Aside from pins... I always buy a t-shirt. I go for the one with the year on it first. If we go twice in a year, I am always looking for resort or attraction tees from my favorite places.

I am lucky too work from home and I get to wear my WDW t-shirts everyday!

I have gotten a picture frame with the year on it for each visit. BUT, I ALWAYS find other picture frames I like too--without the year on them. I have LOTS of Disney frames and I still get all excited every time I look at them!!! I have them at work scattered around my office. It helps me go to my Happy Place when I need it the most!!!!

a watch (sometimes I get two)
an ornament (sometimes many ornaments)
a stuffed animal

I love the Christmas store in DTD! I could spend hours in there.

I always buy magnets for friends. This year it was the fabulous "Mine!" magnet with the Finding Nemo seagulls. (And a few Ministry of Magic magnets from WWoHP).

I always get a photo album with the current year's theme on it. My husband always gets a nice ink pen he can use at work. I also love to get several notepads w/magnets on the back for the fridge and I love the mint tins. My daughter loves to pin trade (sorry, but that's it). We always get a refillable mug and I love the popcorn tubs!!!!

Photo packages for rides and restaurants.
Photopass CD.
Christmas ornament.
Pins and Jibitz (or whatever you call those pins for crocs).
Scrapbook stuff with year on it.
Hair things for my dd.
This year, for the first time, I want to get a Chamilia Disney charm and a D & B bag and a pick your own pearl from Japan.
Yikes, I better start saving up now!!!!

I really like your snow globe idea. Unique and memorable souvenier. My husband and I have recently become very interested in collecting vinylmation. We will probably come home with too many of those from now on.

I get the v-neck t-shirts with "Walt Disney World" embroidered on them every year, plus an ornament. I used to get a snowglobe every year, but I ran out of shelf space for them, so I stick with the smaller stuff now.

DS always gets a hoodie, DH always gets a polo, I get an ornament and the other three kids get pins. I get one pin also from whichever resort we stay at.
