Can anyone share some creative solutions on what you do with wet swimsuits and towels? I know you can hang them over the shower rods, but I am trying to think of some other tidy and efficient solutions. I have heard of people hanging swimsuits up with clothes pins on the clothes lines that are over the showers. Do all the WDW resort hotel bathrooms have clothes lines over the showers or is this only found at certain resorts? Thanks :thumbsup2

There aren't a ton of options other than the shower. I think there is a line that you can stretch inside the showers. I wanted to reply to your post because I'm pretty sure our tickers are exact.

I use skirt hangers- clip the swim suit on the hanger and hang it on the shower rod.

I use the clothes line above the tub for swimsuits. If the swimsuits aren't dripping wet, I just hang them on door or furniture knobs. We use the pool towels so we typically put those in the dirty towel bin by the pool. If we happen to bring one back to the room, we end up either just using it as a floor mat or taking it out to the pool later.

Clothes line over the tub + hangers in the closet = dry swim clothes/beach towels.

We are not planning on taking our own beach towels = to heavy in luggage. I cant remember do they have free towels for use by the pool, we are staying BC thanks.

Yes, all the deluxe resorts have towels to use by their main pools, but not at all the quiet pools. If you are swimming at the quiet pools, just grab some from the main pool.

I bring some clothes pins too and hang them anywhere I can find a place to pin. I use the clothes pins for the curtains too if the light comes through. Looks like our tickers are similar - have fun! You may also want to look at the tips board for fun new ideas for things to pack.:cool1:

We have laid our towels on the balcony before. Just clip a clothespin on the two pieces hanging over the bar. That said, our view was over the roofline of WL. Couldn't see anything but roof. Not much of a view, but was nice to sit out there and not have to worry about people looking at you.

We bring a bungy cord and clip it between the chairs on the balcony. We bring lots of clothes pins and clip them there. We were staying in a deluxe resort so had a private balcony.

I bring multi-tiered clip hangers that are for skirts/pants. I clip the bathing suits on the hanger tiers and hang it over the tub when the suits are drippy. Once just damp, I hang the rack on a towel rack or in the closet outside the bathroom for quicker drying. We bring 2 suits each so that we can always have a dry suit to put on. Can't stand putting on a damp suit....just feels so icky:sad2:

Does anyone know if there are towels at the pool at CBR? We're doing a split stay there and at AKV, so maybe I won't lug our towels all the way to Disney!

I bring extra hangers to use in the bathroom, either on the closes line or on the shower rod. I shut the bathroom door and with the light on before bed, in the AM everthing will be dry.

I don't bring towels. They are at the pools for moderate & deluxe resorts and often by the elevators at values or you can call housekeeping and get some delivered to your room.

I use the line in the tub. I string the line through the straps, legs, or arms of the swimsuit rather than bringing clothes pins.

We bring our own beach towels.
Our swim gear goes into the carry on bags.

The value resort towels don't cover much of my bulbous midsection.

You are a genius! :worship: We always bring a few clothespins along just because, but this is a great idea! Thanks for sharing it...

I bought some snap hooks several years ago and have them in my Disney box to bring each time. I snap them in the shower to hang up wet bathing suits. Or anything else I want to hang in the shower.

Most of the resort bathrooms have a clothesline in the shower, so I either hang them up there or on the balcony (only thing I use it for). We usually go in August, so I bring two suits for each person - they never seem to dry in August, and putting on a wet suit can be... well... challenging. ;)
