What do you do with leftover TS?

If we do DDP and DH meets us in WDW a day late...he'll miss 1 of our TS meals. Therefore... we'll have one single adult TS meal left. (He won't go eat by himself..and all our time is filled so we also won't add an add'l TS and pay OOP for other meals and use DDP for him.) SOOOO... any options to be credited back for this 1 TS meal? Can we get take out at Olivia's (OKW) for lunch or something?

It's not great value but instead of losing the TS credit you can exchange it for a CS meal....we have done that before when we have just 1 left over....again it's not great value but at least it gets used

Two years ago, we were able to exchange one TS credit for a CS credit at Mara. I'm not sure if they allow it anymore. But it's worth a try.

Also ask about converting it to Snack credits. We were able to get 3 snacks for one cs at Mara last year.

Just ask the CM at the cash prior to doing it.

Again, not great value but at least you are using the credit.

We had this problem 3 weeks ago. We had one Deluxe Meal Credit (not considered CS or TS) left at the end of the trip, and no time or room for eating! We asked at the confectioners on Main Street if we could exchange it for snacks, and were sent to City Hall. CM there said they can't approve them to exchange it, and it's up to the CM at the sweets shop- that some older crew would approve it and others would not. No one there would do it for us. We debated going to WPC in DTD and getting a meal to go, but didn't want to ride the bus or boat as we were ready to get on the road and go home. We tried at the general store in POR to do the same, and were told only the cafeteria could change credits. There we were allowed to change it to Continental credit- any 3 snack items made on the premesis or bottled drinks. We got 2 bottled juices and a Mickey rice crisp treat. $9.98 worth is not a great value for that type credit, but it was better than nothing. Even with wasting it that way, we still ended up more than $100 ahead with the DXDDP for what we ate in 4 days.

We just asked them to use a TS credit instead of a CS credit. They did look at us strangely and asked us if we were sure. We just explained to them that we will not be able to use by the end of our trip and they didn't have a problem with it.

I have heard that some cs places will not do that, so I would check with the CM at the cash when you walk in just in case, before you order anything. Our only experience with it was at Mara and it was a couple of years ago.
