What do you do with empty CD cases?

Since we got our new computer, I've put all our CD's on it, and put the discs in one of those "holds 100 CD's" binder things.

But now what do I do with the empties???

Any suggestions?

I keep a few of them to use when I make a picture cd that I want to give to someone or mail so that it does not get damaged. Those books are great they save so much space.

send them to me. I always need bunches of them at work for sending CDs out to vendors and data processors.

I save them and use them for other burned CD's that I make.

I wonder how much the shipping charge from NS, Canada to you would be...???

I hate to just throw them away, and there's no way - here - to recycle them...

hmm... I was serious until I saw you're in Canada. I don't think the company will pay for the shipping.

Seriously though, maybe you have friends where their companies need them. At work, we buy our CDs in bulk which means they only come in spindles and no cases. Maybe the companies where you are do this too?

I have one that was used at a Sunday School program to make a magnetic picture frame. If you are a crafty person I'm sure you can find something handy to do with them or maybe donate them to a church or daycare program in your area.

Coasters. I print out a picture I like from the Internet or whatever and stick it inside. They are the perfect size for most drinks.
