what do you do the 'day'of Halloween?

Do most people go to the parks during the day and head back to FW for the night time festivities? Or do you hang out at the fort all day?

Not sure which way we want to go. Wanted to get an idea from those who have already done Halloween which works out better?

One year, we did the MNSSHP on actual Halloween. That year, we spent the entire day pretty much getting ready for the party.

Last year, we did the Halloween party a few days before Halloween, and went to Epcot on Halloween night.

This is the first time we're at the Fort though, so we're planning to make that a campground day

Last year we went to MK on Halloween day and it was EMPTY! Granted, we usually get there right after opening and head back to FW around 2, but we still had less than 5 minutes for most rides. We plan on doing the same this year - In 24 days to be exact!

This year, the Fiends are going to Beaches & Cream on Halloween Day. We're going to take over the place a share one or two Kitchen Sinks!!! Then back to the campground for trick or treating!!

I stay back and eat all the "good" candy my wife purchased to give out for Halloween.
