What do you do if you can't get the ADRs you want?

My friend just did the Norway breakfast with her daughter who is 4. She loved it! Having more then one princess is a little girls dream. Actually I am thinking of doing it Her kids also really enjoyed the Ohana's breakfast. We (2 adults) enjoyed it too! I have to laugh-her daughter loved Disney, meeting Belle etc but she said her favorite part was the pool at the resort. I have another friend who went with 4 kids and that is what they said too. Maybe it is because we are from Maine and most of us don't have our own pools.

As everyone has said keep calling. About a week ago we thought we would have to cancel because my mom is ill. I cancelled all our ADR (including the California Grill). Two days later the staff and my mom said we should go so we are. Of course when I called to get ADRs I had to pick all new ones.

I have been a little excited with all the planning lately. Unfortunately, I am a perfectionist and I have to have things just right. But I came to the conclustion that I am trying to plan a dream vacation for my DD, but truth of the matter is, she'd be happy eating anywhere and being anywhere as long as it's the two of us together! I am now calm, cool, and collected, and looking forward to the reservations I have already made This trip is supposed to be fun, and me stressing out over little things will just take away from the fun of planning the trip...thanks for the great advice, you guys are great!

It looks like you will be there when we are (Oct 10-21). If your interested in Crystal palace with pooh and friends, we have a couple of spots open on tues oct 14 at 8:05 am. The ressie is for nine, but we are down to 6 or 7.

Thanks for the offer! Crystal Palace is actually one of the reservations that I was able to get

I am type A myself but I really believe you will enjoy the Crystal Palace breakfast just as much if not more than Chef Mickeys. I would want a princess breakfast too but if you have the Norway Princess booked you can relax . Have a great time. Remember most of the kids find the pool the best thing about their vacation LOL

Just keep calling and checking to see if anyone cancelled. Last year we desperately wanted to eat at O'hana for dinner and couldn't get a ressie for the one day we had available. We called every day for 3 weeks and nothing opened up. Finally, the morning of the day we wanted we called and were able to get a 5:00 ADR, exactly what we would have chosen. Cancellations happen all the time. Just be persistant.

Especially check around the 45 day mark, as some people cancel their MYW packages with dining at the 45 day mark so they don't have cancellation fees.

I'm guessing that you'll get what you want.
