What do you do about groceries at Vero Beach?

Just wondering if you can have these delivered to the resort like ahen you visit WDW. Are there any companies that do this? Is there somewhere on site you can purchase Milk or do you have to go off site. Thanks

We just went over to the Publix in Sebastian to get our stuff.

there is a publix a few miles away and a super walmart a few miles it, chain drug stores are closer

There is a very small store on site, and it's where we always buy our Mickey Bars! Oh yes, milk is there too. If we are checking in on the later side, we buy from a Publix that's along the way. We have never been able to get into our room at VB much before 4.

We only buy coffee, milk and OJ from the resort shop when we stay at VB - Shutters and the pool bar serve such good food, we don't need anything else!

We flew into Orlando and stopped by Costco (off Orange Blossom Trail) to pick up a lot of things we needed (brought freezer/cooler bags to keep the produce cool). Buying some things there saved us some money as well as meant fewer trips back to the grocery.When we got to Vero we checked in and then went to Publix and Hales to finish our shopping for perishables like milk, juice, etc.

After we check in we go to the closest Publix in Sebastian (~4.5 miles away) and buy our groceries for the week. Usually we all go, but after our trip couple weeks back, next time only one adult will go shopping. We also stopped at Hale's groves for a bag of oranges,etc. The resort shop is great for replenishing the supply of milk and bread, etc. and for those Mickey Bars!

We usually shop at the Super Walmart in Sebastian right after we check in...

It's only a few miles further up on the road from the Publix, and has more a selection..

I don't know of too many people that have tried to have grocery delivery... Pretty much everyone at VB has a car, and uses it... It's not like Orlando where the prices are inflated near the parks...
